Shipping policy please read carefully.

All orders take 2 to 3 business days to be processed.

Estimated wait time after your order has been placed is 5 days. 

Weekends and Bank holidays are not included. 

Once orders have been processed you will receive a confirmation via email.

We are not responsible for mistakes on the address once orders have been processed.

  We do not cover shipping fee on returned items 

Returns, exchange only up to 14 days of purchase (earrings and cosmetics not included)

Once orders have been confirmed we are unable to cancel your order.

Make sure you are checking the correct sizes and items. 

International Shipping- Coming Soon 

All bookings are 2 hours long and require a £25 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time.

Should you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable as the date and time have been reserved for you.

We are happy to reschedule your booking to another convenient date, subject to availability.

Dates and times cannot be held until the booking deposit has been received.. 

GUEST NUMBERS POLICY

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event date.

This allows us to arrange staffing, supplies, treatments, equipment and preparations for your booking.

Once the final invoice has been issued, guest numbers cannot be reduced and no refunds will be given for non-attending guests.

Additional guests may be added after the final invoice has been issued, subject to availability and additional charges.

 We travel to our moblie Pamper Session 10 miles from IP2 free of charge,

Additional travel charges may apply for locations beyond 10 miles from IP2, starting from £10.
