Shipping policy please read carefully.

All orders take 2 to 3 business days to be processed.

Estimated wait time after your order has been placed is 5 days. 

Weekends and Bank holidays are not included. 

Once orders have been processed you will receive a confirmation via email.

We are not responsible for mistakes on the address once orders have been processed.

  We do not cover shipping fee on returned items 

Returns, exchange only up to 14 days of purchase (earrings and cosmetics not included)

Once orders have been confirmed we are unable to cancel your order.

Make sure you are checking the correct sizes and items.

All bookings are 2 hours long and we take a £25 deposit booking fee which is non- refundable to secure your booking. 

Should you cancel your deposit can not be refunded due to time and date being held for you. 

We are happy to reschedule any convenient date.

We can not hold dates and times until the booking deposit payment has been made online. 

 We travel to our moblie Pamper parties 10 miles from IP2 free of charge,

any further at additional charge of £10
