For all bookings, we take a £25 deposit booking fee which is non-refundable. 

We are happy to reschedule any convenient date. 

We will arrive at location booking 15 minutes before to set up and we are based in Ipswich Suffolk area. 

We can cover the Essex area at an additional charge.
